Even if the primary Delenta application has been approved at the tenant level, strict tenant-wide security policies or multi-app integration requirements can block individual users. Follow these four troubleshooting steps to clear the final integration hurdles.
1. Verify "Assignment Required" Settings
Microsoft Entra ID may be blocking the user because the application is restricted to explicitly "assigned" users or groups.
The Fix:
Log into the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
Navigate to Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications > All applications.
Search for Delenta.
Under the Manage section in the left sidebar, click Properties.
Locate the Assignment required? toggle.
Option A: If set to Yes, you must manually add the user to the Users and groups list for this specific app.
Option B: Change the toggle to No to allow any user within the organization to access the app once approved.
2. Grant Admin Consent for Supplementary Delenta Apps
The Teams integration and the Outlook/Calendar integration often utilize distinct App IDs in the Microsoft background. Approving the "Delenta Teams" app does not automatically approve the "Delenta Calendar" app.
The Fix:
In Enterprise Applications, search for "Delenta" again.
Check for multiple entries (e.g.,
Delenta,Delenta Calendar, orDelenta Integration). For every Delenta-related application found in that list, navigate to the Permissions tab and repeat the Grant admin consent process.
3. Review Tenant-Wide "User Consent" Policies
If your organization enforces a blanket "Block all user consent" policy, the admin must pre-approve the specific scopes Delenta requires.
The Fix:
Navigate to Enterprise applications > Consent and permissions > User consent settings.
Recommended: Ensure that "Allow user consent for apps from verified publishers, for selected permissions" is selected.
Alternative (Strict Lockdown): If your organization requires total restriction, the Admin must manually open the Delenta app within Entra ID, navigate to the Permissions tab, and click Grant admin consent for [Organization Name].
4. Clear the User's Cached Session
Microsoft accounts and browsers frequently cache the initial "Blocked" state, preventing them from recognizing the newly granted admin permissions.
The Fix (Instructions for the User):
Log out of Delenta entirely.
Go to myapps.microsoft.com.
Click your Profile Icon (top right) > View account > Office apps > Apps & devices and ensure Delenta is not listed with an active error flag.
Crucial Step: Open a Private / Incognito browser window and attempt the Delenta integration process again. This forces a fresh permission handshake with Microsoft's servers.
