Delenta AI is your built-in conversational assistant designed to help you quickly pull analytics, track client progress, and manage daily operations. Think of it as a smart chatbot tailored to your coaching business—it processes your platform data in seconds so you can spend less time looking for information and more time coaching.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access Delenta AI
Log in to your Delenta account dashboard.
Click on Delenta AI from the main navigation menu to open the clean workspace interface.
2. Use Pre-Defined Questions (Quick Queries)
To make your life easier, Delenta AI comes loaded with sample questions right under the chat box.
Simply look at the suggested prompt bubbles, such as:
Which clients need attention?
Who may need a renewal?
What are clients talking about?
How active is my coaching team?
Find quiet clients.
Click on any of these prompts. The AI will instantly begin "Understanding your request" and "Checking your coaching data" to pull accurate information directly from your CRM.
3. Ask Your Own Custom Questions
If you need specific information not covered by the pre-defined bubbles, you can type your own question in plain English.
Click into the text bar that reads: "How can I help you today?"
Type your question. For example: "Can you give me all my clients without a program attached to them?"
Hit the arrow button or press Enter.
4. Take Action Directly from the Chat
When Delenta AI generates your client management lists, it doesn't just show you raw text. It provides actionable data rows where you can immediately manage your workflow.
5. Start a New Conversation Thread
If you want to clear your current workspace and start fresh with a completely different line of questioning:
Locate the New Chat icon/button (often near the conversation panel or bottom navigation area).
Clicking this will end your current chat thread and open up a blank window to start fresh.

Double-Check Your Data: While Delenta AI is an incredibly powerful tool for gathering and summarizing platform analytics, it can occasionally misinterpret data. Always double-check critical metrics before acting on sensitive client accounts.

Why am I not seeing Delenta AI on the navigation menu?
It is very likely that this option is currently turned off on your settings page. To turn it on:
Navigate to your Settings page.
Click on Delenta AI from the left-hand menu.
Make sure you have the Ask AI option toggled ON as shown in the settings panel below.
