Creating and Managing 1-on-1 Coaching Packages in Delenta 2.0

Written by Anji

Overview

Delenta 2.0 introduces a beautifully redesigned, clean user interface and an intuitive package creation workflow. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of building a tailored 1-on-1 Coaching Package from scratch or using our smart templates. Additionally, you will learn how to easily organize, modify, duplicate, or remove your coaching offers from your dashboard.

With this updated workflow, you can seamlessly customize session rules, design flexible pricing structures, pick an checkout flow that matches your style, and automatically deliver resources to your clients.

Who This Is For

  • Independent Coaches: Perfect for coaches running their own practice and looking to offer structured individual packages.

  • Multi-Coach Organizations: Ideal for administrators setting up company-wide individual coaching offers across a team portal.

Before You Begin

Before making a paid package live, ensure your payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) is fully integrated with Delenta by navigating to Integrations on your left-hand menu.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Start the Package Creation

  1. Click Packages on your left sidebar menu.

  2. In the top right corner, click the + Create button.

  3. Select either Package (to build from scratch) or Package Using Template.

  4. Choose 1 on 1 Executive Coaching (or your preferred individual layout) from the available template blocks.

Step 2: Configure Package Overview

  1. Select Type of Package: Ensure One On One is highlighted.

  2. Package Title: Give your offer a clear, client-facing name (e.g., 1-on-1 Executive Coaching).

  3. Description: Write a compelling summary using the rich text editor outlining what the client will achieve.

  4. Tags: Add relevant search keywords (e.g., Leadership, Career Transition) to make your package easily discoverable.

  5. Click Continue.

Step 3: Define Sessions and "Session Plans"

Delenta 2.0 gives you the unique ability to track packages by the number of Sessions or total Hours, with options for Limited or Unlimited access.

  • Option A - Standard Sessions: Best if your package uses one fixed layout (e.g., 6 sessions, each 60 minutes long, via Zoom).

  • Option B - Session Plans: Best if your package bundles different types of sessions together.

    • Example: Click + Add Another Session Plan to combine an Introductory Plan (2 sessions, 30 minutes each, via Google Meet) with a Deep Dive Plan (5 sessions, 1 hour each, In-Person).

Specify your numbers, select your Meeting Location (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Phone, or In-Person), and click Continue.

Step 4: Choose Your Pricing Strategy

Select how you would like to handle billing for this package:

  • Free: Great for discovery calls, pro-bono work, or promotional offers.

  • Pre Paid: Use this to onboard clients who have already paid you outside of Delenta. Entering an amount here keeps your platform earnings metrics and dashboard KPIs accurate.

  • Paid: Charge your clients directly through the platform. You can choose a Single Payment (Pay in Full) or Multiple Payment Plans (Installments/Subscriptions).

    • Subscription Settings: When setting up recurring options (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly), you can toggle "I want to renew the number of sessions on next payment" or "Permit the rollover of unused sessions on next payment" to control client usage automatically.

Step 5: Select Your Onboarding & Checkout Flow

Determine exactly what happens the moment a client purchases your package:

  • Send clients to their secure client portal first: The traditional, secure route where clients log in/register to access their booking tools.

  • Require booking before purchase: Best for single sessions where the client locks in a calendar time before entering their payment info.

  • Let clients book after purchase: A highly popular, frictionless flow where clients buy instantly and immediately schedule their first session without forcing portal creation upfront.

👍 Adding Agreements: Under this step, you can also establish your legal protections. Choose to have clients accept Delenta's default terms, upload your own custom Terms & Conditions PDF, or require a signed digital coaching contract built within Delenta’s Contracts app.

Tip: Before selecting 'Sign a coaching contract' option, remember to create your contract templates on Delenta's Contract module.

Step 6: Automate Content & Welcome Resources

Instantly add value upon successful checkout by toggling on automation features:

  • Add Resources: Select files from your Delenta Vault to automatically "drop" into the client's file area upon enrollment.

  • Add Forms: Attach intake questionnaires or pre-coaching worksheets.

  • Add Courses: Automatically unlock a self-paced coaching course alongside their 1-on-1 sessions.

Tip: Remember to create all these resources before you create your package so you can attach the resources to the package on creation. OR attach them later by editing the package.

Step 7: Apply Advanced Settings & Protection Rules

  1. Cancellation Rules: Toggle this on to set boundaries. For instance, define that any cancellation or reschedule request made within 24 hours of a session automatically marks that session as "consumed" and deducted from their balance.

  2. Custom Fields: If you use Zapier to sync data to an outside platform (like Salesforce), you can create specific field values here.

Step 8: Review and Share!

  1. Check over your package details on the Review & Share page.

  1. Toggle on options like Capture Client Phone Number, Publish to Profile, and Allow Coupon Codes.

  2. Click Publish.

Managing Your Published Packages

Once you click Publish, your package will instantly appear on your main My Packages listing page. Here is how you can organize and manage your offers:

Reordering Your Offers (Drag-and-Drop)

  • To change the order in which your packages are displayed to the public, click and hold a package block.

  • Drag and drop it up or down to rearrange the list. The exact sequence you set here automatically updates the layout order on your public Profile Page.

Utilizing Dashboard Action Controllers

By clicking the vertical three dots (...) or the direct icons on the right side of any package block, you can quickly manage its settings:

  • Schedule Link: Generates a specific link that you can share with pre-approved clients so they can view your calendar availability and book sessions attached to that package. Ensure the client has either purchased this package or has been manually assigned to it before they use this link.

  • Publish/Unpublish Package: Seamlessly toggle visibility on and off to hide or reveal specific packages on your public portal.

  • Edit Package: Opens up the step-by-step wizard configuration layout, allowing you to update descriptions, edit session plans, or adjust background structures.

  • Copy Package: Instantly duplicates the exact layout and session configurations of the selected offer. This is perfect for renaming a layout to create a "tier" option without building a brand-new package from scratch.

  • Delete Package: Permanently removes the package from your dashboard. When deleting a paid package, Delenta will prompt you with two options:

    1. Delete from Delenta only: Removes the listing from your coaching dashboard but retains the corresponding package configuration record inside your Stripe or PayPal payment gateway.

    2. Delete from Delenta and Stripe/PayPal: Completely erases the record from both the platform and your integrated payment processor gateway.

Helpful Tips

  • Test the Booking Flow: Once your package is live on your dashboard list, copy the link using the Copy Package action, open an incognito browser tab, and paste it to view the seamless checkout process exactly as a client would.

  • Keep Calendar Availability Updated: Before sharing your Schedule Link, navigate to your Delenta calendar page to ensure your working hours and availability preferences match your current schedule and that you have set up package specific availability.

Summary / Next Step

Now that your 1-on-1 coaching package is live and you know how to manage your listings, test your customer experience by viewing your public landing page. If everything looks correct, you are officially ready to start sharing your link with prospective clients and streamlining your onboarding experience!
