How to add a package to a client on your contact list

If your client already has an active package or has purchased a package outside of the Delenta system (a pre-paid package), you can easily add it to their record in just a few clicks.

Prerequisites

Before adding a package, ensure the following:

  • You have created your packages or received assigned packages from your Admin team (if you are part of a team).

  • The client is added as a contact in your portal.

💡 You can add a package to a contact even before they register for their client portal.

⚠️ Adding a package to a contact record will NOT send a purchase link. These are considered pre-paid packages.

Steps to Add a Package to an Existing Client

  1. Navigate to the Contacts page and open the client’s record by clicking VIEW DETAILS.

  2. Go to the Packages tab and click + Add Package.

  3. Select the package from the dropdown menu.

  4. Enter the purchase date and price (this information will be reflected in the client’s portal).

    • If the package is free, enter 0 as the price.

  5. (Optional) To adjust the session count, click the Edit button on the package and modify the number of sessions.

Once completed, the package will be added to the client's profile, ensuring their sessions are properly tracked in the system.
