This guide will walk you through the simple steps to quickly upload your contacts and start nurturing those crucial relationships. Just follow these easy steps to import your contacts -
Access the CRM & Initiate the Import Process:
Go to Team Portal > CRM and click on the "Import" button.
In the pop-up, download the .csv or .xls template.
Add your contact data to the template -
Please pay close attention to the following formatting guidelines to avoid import errors.
Your Checklist:
Phone Number Formatting - Format phone numbers consistently using the following structure: +[country code][number] / [country code][number]. Example: +447634573345 / 447634573345
*Important Note - Add an apostrophe before numbers starting with
+
or0
(e.g.'+447773335555/'07773335555
).The first name & email id are mandatory fields that need to be filled.
Make sure the correct package links, account names & associated coach emails are used.
Ensure the cell contains no other signs, symbols or spaces.
Delete any duplicate rows to avoid creating redundant contact entries in your CRM.
Now Upload Your Prepared File: Once you have filled up the template, return to the CRM import pop-up. Click on the option to upload your saved .csv or .xls file.
Match/map your file's columns - (e.g., "First name") to the CRM's fields.
If there are errors in your upload - double click the field to edit the content and get it ready to upload. Click confirm to upload the contacts.
If you'd like to invite clients onto the portal as you upload them to the system - toggle the invite button on and select the contacts you'd like to invite and click confirm.
