If your client isn’t receiving emails from Delenta (e.g., invitation emails), you can manually share their invite link instead.
How to Copy and Share a Client’s Invite Link
Go to your Contacts page in your Delenta portal.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the client’s record.
Select Copy invite link.
Share this link with your client manually (via email or message).
Check Your Email Customisation Settings
Make sure you’ve updated the “Who is it from” field in your email customisation settings. This ensures emails are sent under the correct name and are less likely to go to spam.
