The dashboard is the primary landing page upon signing into the system. It is divided into two views to help manage individual and organizational data.
1. Personal View
The Personal View focuses on the specific activities and metrics of the individual user as a coach.
Key Metrics and Tracking:
Upcoming Sessions: View information regarding scheduled coaching sessions. Quickly book the next session with a client directly from this view.
Active Clients: Monitor the number of clients currently assigned to you.
Revenue: Track your personal revenue generated during the current month.
Leads: Identify any new leads that have requested you.
Client Management Activities:
Off-Track Clients: Access data regarding clients who may be falling behind in their programs.
Overdue Tasks: Identify clients with pending or overdue tasks within the system.
Lead Requests: Review and respond to lead requests sent to you as a coach.
2. Team View
As an Admin (Super Admin or Coach Admin), you have access to the Team View, which aggregates data across the entire organization.
Team Stats:
Completed Sessions: View total completed sessions this week for the entire team.
Total Clients: View the total number of clients signed up with your company/team.
Active Coaches: Monitor total number of active coaches in the system.
Team Revenue: Track total team revenue.
New Leads: Monitor number of new lead requests made to the team.

You can easily customise which quick actions are easily accessible.
Add Client - Quickly add a contact or client to the team CRM
Team Contacts - View the team contacts
Manage Packages - Create/manage company packages
Manage Resources - Create/manage company resources
Create Form - Create a company form
Client Risk Report: Review risk assessments for all clients managed by the team.
Reporting Center: Generate and download detailed reports for coaching activity, sessions, goals, revenue, and billings.
Administrative Actions & Activities
Regardless of the view, admins can perform several high-level management tasks directly from the dashboard:
External Sharing: Share the public team profile or the team landing page directly from the interface.
Upcoming Sessions: View all upcoming sessions for your team members.
Team enquiries: View all team leads and enquiries.
Client Risk Report: View risk assessments for all clients managed by the team.
Reporting Center: View detailed reports for coaching activity, sessions, goals, revenue, and billings.
