With these metrics, you can easily measure engagement, demonstrate tangible return on investment (ROI) to corporate sponsors, optimize program delivery, and understand coach utilization across your organization.

Who this is for

  • Multi-Coach Organizations and Enterprise Admins: Full access to all administrative reports, cross-team performance tracking, and aggregate corporate engagement data.

  • Independent / Solo Coaches: Access to customized, single-coach variations of activity, delivery, and outcome tracking to scale their private business smoothly.

Note: Access permissions vary by role. Admin roles can view aggregate platform metrics, while assigned team coaches can only view insights corresponding to their directly managed clients.

Performance Overview Dashboard

Managing a coaching practice or multi-coach organization involves keeping a close eye on engagement, tracking session fulfillment, and identifying when a client might need a little extra attention.

These data points update automatically based on your scheduling and attendance tracking, saving you from manual spreadsheet data entry and giving you a clear view of your business health at a glance.

Understanding the Program Delivery Report in Insights

Delenta’s Program Delivery Report provides multi-coach organizations and solo practitioners with an internal health check on session completion, engagement tracking, and client progress across all active coaching packages. Instead of relying on fragmented logs, this interactive dashboard aggregates real-time metrics to highlight program fulfillment and pinpoint inactive or at-risk coaching relationships early.

  • Multi-Coach Organisations & Enterprise Admins: To filter and track macro performance across varied cohorts, corporate accounts, or individual staff members.

Understanding the Coach & Client Activity Report

Who This Is For

  • Multi-Coach Organisations & Enterprise Admins: Full operational access to balance rosters, check team utilization, monitor scheduling data, and manage client distributions among multiple coaches.

Understanding the Program Impact Report
