Overview
The My Resources dashboard is your secure, central hub for storing, organizing, and distributing critical documents across your entire coaching lifecycle. In Delenta 2.0, we’ve completely redesigned the user interface to be cleaner, faster, and more intuitive.
This module helps you eliminate disconnected storage tools by offering System-Generated Folders that automatically organize incoming files, along with smart content controls that allow you to dictate exactly how your clients interact with shared assets.
Who This Is For
Independent Coaches: Easily organize templates, forms, and personalized homework materials for multiple clients.
Multi-Coach Organisations: Centralize official organizational assets while keeping individual client data folders cleanly categorized.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Resources Dashboard
Log into your Delenta portal.
From the main left navigation bar, locate and click on Resources. This brings you straight to your white-label resource file library.
Step 2: Understand System-Generated Folders
Upon opening your page, you will notice a set of folders designated with a gray System label tag. These folders are populated by default and cannot be deleted or renamed, as they tie directly into Delenta's background features:
Session Transcripts: This folder automatically generates as soon as you utilize the AI Note Taker feature. It functions as a secure repository storing all text dialogues captured from your completed conference calls.
Shared with [Client Name]: A personalized portal folder created automatically whenever a new client completes onboarding. It contains all files specifically passed back and forth between you and that specific client.
Contract Templates: This folder safely holds any custom PDF templates you upload or create from scratch via the Contracts dashboard.
Group Package Shared Folders: Automatically populates when you build a group cohort package on Delenta, providing a collective vault to drop assets to multiple program participants simultaneously.
Client Resources: A specialized folder created to establish baseline asset delivery. Any file placed inside this folder will instantly propagate and become visible to all of your current clients.
Step 3: Manage Global and Individual File Downloads
Take control over your proprietary intellectual property using global toggles:
To disable global downloads across your library, slide the Download Enabled toggle to the off position in the right sidebar. When deactivated, your clients can only read documents inside their browser windows, preventing unauthorized saving.
You can also customize download permissions for specific pieces of content. Click into a directory like Client Resources, click on your file, and toggle the custom Download switch on or off next to it.
Step 4: Share Stored Files via the Toolbar
Select any standalone file or custom directory by checking its corresponding selector box on the left.
Look up at the action toolbar that populates across the top of your directory.
Click the Share icon.
Type the name of your client or cohort group within the slide-out search menu field, select the target user profile, and click Share. Note: Sharing a file from this master directory will trigger an automated email notice directly to the client's inbox.
Step 5: Upload Assets Quietly to Avoid Client Emails
If you want to place a document inside a client’s shared folder without sending an automated email notification to their inbox:
Double-click to open that client's specific Shared with [Client Name] folder.
Click the blue Upload File button in the top right-hand corner.
Select your document directly from your device. Files loaded this way arrive quietly in their folder without triggering a notification message.
Step 6: Move and Organize Documents
Check the selector box next to the document you want to move.
Click the Move icon from the top action toolbar.
Select your destination folder from the folder hierarchy window, then click Move Here.
Step 7: Use Full-Screen Preview and Sort Functions
Check your target document and click the eye-shaped Preview icon on the top menu to view your document layouts in full-screen mode.
To sort your growing database quickly, click the sorting arrow next to the Last Modified column header to arrange items chronologically.
Use the Used Space widget on the right to keep tabs on your global cloud storage metrics.
Helpful Tips
The Client Resources Rule: Always double-check your documents before placing them in the root Client Resources folder. Remember, this serves as a universal directory—whatever you upload there becomes instantly available to every single client on your roster!
Search Filters: If your repository grows significantly, save time by using the contextual text box “Search in resources” at the top of the interface to filter documents by file name instantly.
