Your Delenta profile serves as your public landing page - a powerful tool to showcase your brand, attract prospective clients, and capture new leads. Setting up your profile is simple, and you can fully customize the content, visuals, and layout to match your coaching business.
To begin personalizing your page, navigate to the Update Profile section from your account menu.
1. Basic Information & Contact Details
Start by building the foundation of your profile with your essential professional details:
Profile Picture: Upload a professional headshot.
Core Information: Add your official designation, company name, years of experience, and preferred industries.
Languages: List the languages you speak to accommodate a global client base.
Social Media Links: Connect your social media channels to increase your online presence.
Custom Call-to-Action (CTA): Customize the text for the primary buttons on your page to encourage the exact action you want visitors to take.
2. Visuals & Media Gallery
Capture the attention of prospective clients by incorporating rich media into your landing page:
Banner Image: Upload a high-quality background banner to personalize the top of your page.
Introduction Video: Use the Gallery Section to embed a welcome or introductory video using a YouTube or Vimeo link.
Image Gallery: Upload dynamic images that highlight your workspace, events, or coaching philosophy.
3. Professional Background & Expertise
Establish credibility by customizing how your narrative, skills, and accolades are displayed:
Customizable Headings: You can change the titles of any section heading on your page to suit your vocabulary or preferred language.
Bio & Introduction: Share your core coaching philosophy and background in a dedicated bio area.
Areas of Expertise & Qualifications: Clearly list your specific niche focus areas and academic or coaching credentials.
Certifications: Use this section to showcase badges and certificates you’ve earned.
💡 Pro-Tip: If you do not wish to list traditional certifications, you can rename this heading to "Companies I Work With" and upload the logos of prominent organizations or corporate clients you've collaborated with.
4. Configuring Packages & Courses
Control exactly how your coaching offers look to potential buyers:
Tax Captions: Set up appropriate tax breakdowns or disclaimers for transparency.
Booking Captions: Customize the exact button text for booking links (e.g., "Secure Your Spot" or "Apply to Join").
Pricing Displays: Choose how your offers are positioned. You can choose to display prices clearly, offer a "free" caption for discovery sessions, or mark specific packages as "prepaid."
Courses: Apply these same customizable pricing, tax, and CTA features to your digital courses.
5. Organizing Your Layout & Previewing
You have absolute control over the sequence of your page elements. You do not have to display every feature if it doesn't fit your current business model.
Resequence Sections: Use the drag-and-drop tool to move sections up or down, rearranging the layout flow.
Toggle Sections Off: If you aren’t offering courses or don't want to use the gallery yet, simply toggle those specific sections Off to hide them from public view.
Publishing Your Profile
Once you are satisfied with your adjustments, click Save Changes. To check your work and see exactly what your clients will experience, click View Profile to open your live landing page.
