Messaging your clients directly within the Delenta portal is an efficient way to communicate updates or any other information relevant to your coaching sessions.
Accessing messages
At the top-right corner of the platform, you will see a message icon. Click on this icon to access the messages.
In the messaging interface, you can initiate a chat by searching for the client's name.
Messaging the client from the client details
This will alert your client via an email that they have received a message from you. Below is an example of the email your client will receive.
Your client will be able see the message alert on their message inbox of their client portal as shown in the image below:
