Many businesses constantly ask clients for information or requesting them to provide items (docs, photos, forms, etc.) via email or written letters. Client tasks help to streamline this process by assigning tasks to clients with due dates, notifying you when they mark it complete, and making it simple to check what they provided.

Accessing task/goals tab

  • Navigate Contacts page. Find the client you want to assign a task.

  • Click on View Details and select the task/goal tab.

Create task/goals

  • Click on the Create task/goals button.

  • You'll see a form with a few options to help you configure the task

  • Enter the title of the task. Use the title field to describe the activity you want your client to accomplish.

  • Enter the short description. This is an optional field that you can use if you need to provide detailed instructions to your client.

  • Set the due date. Add a deadline so your client knows when they have to take action.

  • Add points. For completing the task. This is also an optional.

  • You have an option to attach a file to a task/goals.

  • Click on Save.
