Attach Forms to Tasks/Goals, Sessions, and Packages

As a coach in Delenta, you have the flexibility to attach forms to various elements such as tasks, goals, sessions, and packages. This guide will walk you through the process of attaching forms to these elements and provide recommendations for managing automation triggers.

Attaching Forms to Tasks and Goals

Click on the contact/client you would like to assign the task/goal to.

  1. Create or Edit a Task/Goal

    • Click on “Create Task/Goal” or edit an existing one.

  2. Attach a Form

    • In the task/goal creation or editing window, look for the “Form” option.

    • Select or search for the form you want to attach from the dropdown list.

  3. Save the Task/Goal

    • Click “Save” to apply your changes.

This form will now be available to your client under tasks/goals in the client portal.

Attaching Forms to Sessions

Go to the “Sessions” section on your dashboard.

1:1 Sessions

  1. Create or Edit a 1 to 1 Session

    • Click on “Create Appointment” under 1 to 1 sessions or "Add session" and select "Create Appointment" or edit an existing one.

  2. Attach a Form

    • In the session creation or editing window, find the “Select Form” option.

    • Select the appropriate form from the dropdown list.

  3. Disable Automation Trigger

    • To avoid duplicate triggers, click on “Disable Automated Form Setup”

    • If not disabled, the form will be triggered by both the session event and any pre-set automation events.

  4. Save the Session

    • Click “Save” to confirm your changes.

Group Sessions

  1. Create or Edit a Group Session

    • Click on “Create a Group Session” under Group sessions tab or "Add session" and select "Create a Group Coaching Session" or edit an existing one.

  2. Attach a Form

    • In the session creation or editing window, find the “Select Form” option.

    • Select the appropriate form from the dropdown list.

  3. Disable Automation Trigger

    • Click on “Disable Automation Trigger” to prevent dual triggering.

    • If not disabled, the form will be triggered by the session and any automation events.

  4. Save the Group Session

    • Click “Save” to finalize your changes.

Attaching Forms to Packages

Go to the “Packages” section from your dashboard. Click on "+ New Package"

1:1 Packages and Group Packages

  1. Create or Edit a Package

    • Click on create 1:1 or group package or edit an existing one.

  2. Attach a Form

    • In the package creation or editing window, find the “Select Form” option.

    • Select the form you want to attach from the dropdown list.

  3. Disable Automation Trigger

    • Click on “Disable Automation Trigger” to avoid double triggering.

    • If not disabled, the form will be triggered by the package event and any automation events.

  4. Save the Package

    • Click “Save” to apply your changes.

By following these steps, you can efficiently attach forms to tasks, goals, sessions, and packages, ensuring a smooth workflow and enhanced communication with your clients.

Pro tip: Remember to manage/disable automation triggers to prevent duplicate form triggers.
