On Delenta, you have the ability to tailor your email templates and message content to better suit your business needs. These customizations will be reflected in all the emails you send to your clients. This guide will walk you through the steps to personalize your email templates effectively.

Accessing Email Customization settings

- From your coach dashboard, switch to the Team portal.

- On the left-side menu, locate the "Settings".

- Under Team Settings, find the "Email customisations" tab.

Customise your email template

You have the option to tailor the template that we send to your clients.

  • Who is it from? - You can enter your company name here.

  • Logo - It will display at the top-left corner on your email. Recommended size is 153 x 73 pixels.

  • Footer - Located at the very end of your email. It comes after all the body content. It may be as basic as your company's address or useful details like contact information and social links

Customize email messages

You can customize all system-generated email messages sent to your clients.

  • Which one? - Select the email template you want to modify.

  • Subject - You can change the subject line of the email template.

As you customise the email messages you will notice there are a number of magic tags in the email. Magic tags are bits of code that will automatically enter the relevant data or the link into the email that you send to your client. Whilst you can edit the message content of your emails freely, the magic tags should remain intact. You can place the magic tags anywhere in the email, to insert a tag into the email, simply click on the tag from the list displayed in the Magic Tags area (See image below)

You will be able to see a preview of the changes you make to your email by sending yourself a test email via the Send to Myself button. If you would like to reset your emails to the default email template you can do so by selecting the Reset button. Remember to save your changes.

πŸ“’ New Improvement
