How to customize automated email templates

You can customize your email templates and message content on Delenta. The changes you make will appear in all emails you send to your clients. Follow the steps below to personalize your email communications:

- Access email customization

  • Click on your profile icon located at the top right of your Dashboard.

  • Select Settings and Privacy.

  • Find Email Customization on the left-side.

- Customize your email template

  • Sender Name - By default, your full name will be displayed when your clients receive an email.

  • Logo - Our recommended size for the email logo is 153px X 73px.

  • Footer - You can customize the footer text that appears in your emails.

- Customize System-Generated Emails

Select the specific email you want to customize from the Which one? dropdown menu.

πŸ“’ New Feature: Coaches can now disable specific email templates by toggling them off.

- Utilize Magic Tags

  • Magic tags are bits of code that automatically insert relevant data or links into your emails.

  • To insert a magic tag, click on the desired tag from the list displayed in the Magic Tags area.

πŸ“’ New improvement: Magic tags are now optional, allowing coaches to exclude unwanted magic tags if needed.

- Preview and Save Your Customizations

Send Test Email

Preview your changes by sending yourself a test email via the Send to Myself button.

Reset to Default

If needed, you can reset your emails to the default template by selecting the Reset button.

Save Changes

Remember to save your changes to ensure they are applied to your emails.


By following these steps, you can ensure that all your email communications are customized to reflect your personal or business brand, enhancing the professionalism and consistency of your client interactions.
