If your Outlook or Google calendar events are not syncing with your Delenta calendar, or if your Delenta events are not appearing in your Outlook or Google calendar, follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

If your calendar is not syncing correctly, check the following:
1. Have You Integrated Your Calendar from the Integration Page?
Ensure that your Outlook or Google calendar has been connected via Delenta’s Integration Page.
Go to Integrations and verify that your calendar is linked.
2. Have You Selected the Correct Calendars for Syncing?
Delenta checks your connected calendar(s) in real-time to prevent scheduling conflicts. Any events marked as busy on your Google/Outlook are hidden from your availability, avoiding double booking. Only your available times are shown - your coachees can't see your full calendar details.
Note: You can connect up to 3 Google and 3 Outlook calendars for Delenta to check for conflicts:
If you have multiple calendars under your Google or Outlook account, ensure that you have:
Selected all necessary sub-calendars for Delenta to check for conflicts:
Set a primary calendar to add events to. When someone schedules a session with you using Delenta calendar, it will automatically be added to the calendar you have selected as the primary.
Note: You can only select one calendar to add your events to.
3. Have You Checked Your Sync Settings?
Make sure that you have syncing enabled in both directions from the calendar settings page
Go to your calendar and then click on the calendar settings to view your Calendar synchronization option.
4. Are You Checking the Correct Primary Calendar in Outlook/Google?
Sometimes, events may sync to a different calendar than the one you are checking. Verify that you are viewing the right calendar in your Outlook/Google Calendar.
5. If All the Above Checks Fails, Try Reconnecting Your Calendar
If none of the above steps work, try disconnecting and then reconnecting your calendar to refresh the sync.
