Multiple Calendar Sync feature enables coaches to manage their appointments seamlessly by connecting multiple calendars to their Delenta account. This feature allows coaches to sync calendars from different platforms, such as Outlook, or Google, ensuring smooth coordination of personal and professional schedules.
Coaches can connect up to 6 calendars (3 Google and 3 Outlook) multiple calendars. This flexibility ensures that you can sync the accounts most relevant to your coaching needs.
How to Sync Multiple Calendars
Navigate to integrations page - From your coach dashboard you will find the Integration at the bottom-left corner.
Scroll down to the bottom for you to connect the calendars.
Toggle the switch to connect the calendar. If you want to connect another calendar you can click on the +Add Account button at the bottom of the pop-up.
To select the primary calendar, click the radio button. This will ensure that sessions from Delenta are displayed in your chosen calendar.
Note: Delenta can only write to one calendar at a time, in other words you are only allowed one primary calendar.

Can I sync multiple Google and Outlook calendars at the same time?
Yes, you can sync multiple Google and Outlook calendars simultaneously.
If you remove Google Calendar, will it also remove Google Meet?
Yes, to connect Google Meet, you'll need to first connect your Google Calendar. If you disconnect your Google Calendar, Google Meet will also be disconnected.
Can Delenta also read others calendars outside the main Google and Outlook calendars.?
No, currently Delenta can only read your Outlook and Google Calendars and its sub calendars. However, we are working on improving this feature to allow Delenta to detect conflicts from other calendars as well.
Can the sessions show on all sync calendars?
No, you need to select one primary calendar where sessions from Delenta will be displayed.
How do I disconnect my calendar integrations?
To disconnect your integrations, turn off the toggle switch on your Google/Outlook integration on the Integrations page. If you have multiple Google/Outlook calendars connected, they will all be removed.
By doing this if you remove your primary calendar, please make sure you select a new primary calendar for Delenta to write events into.
How do I see the Synched events on my Delenta calendar?
Below is an example overview of how the Delenta calendar will look once you've completed all your calendars. You can go and change the colour coding of the synched events from the left hand side panel as highlighted in the image below:
Your Synched Google/Outlook events will automatically remove any Delenta availability so there is no room for meeting clashes.
