Overview
You can now build Group Coaching Packages at an Enterprise Level, assign them to coaches, and manage groups directly from the Admin Portal.
Creating a Company Group Package
Log in to the Admin Portal
Create a Group Package
Click Create Package.
Select Group Coaching Package from the dropdown.
Enter package details, including session and pricing information.
Set Up Payment (If Applicable)
If offering paid group packages, ensure your Enterprise Payment Method (Stripe/PayPal) is connected.
Assign Coaches
Managing Group Packages
Groups linked to Company Group Packages will be listed in the CRM under the Groups view.
Clients/coachees who purchase the package from the assigned coach's portal, will automatically be added to the assigned coach’s group.
The Account Holder/ Super Admin will also have a group assigned by default for company-wide packages.
Clients/Coachees who purchase the company group package will be assigned to the default group assigned to the Account holder/super admin.
Adding Members to a Group from the Team Portal
Clients who purchase the package through an assigned coach’s link will be added automatically.
The Primary Coach owns the group, but other team coaches can collaborate under the same package.
To manually add existing CRM members:
Sharing Notes with a Group
Go to Group Details > Notes Tab.
Notes can be shared with:
Admins & Coaches – Select ‘Share with admin team and assigned coaches’.
Group Members – Select ‘Share with [Group_Name]’.
Private Notes – Keep notes visible only to admins or coaches.
Creating Group Tasks
Navigate to Group Details > Tasks Tab.
Click ‘Add a new group task’ and assign it to members.
Tasks will be visible to all group members, including the primary and assigned coaches.
Sharing Resources with Groups
Admins have full access to the Group Shared Folder in the Resources Page.
The system creates a shared folder for each assigned coach when the group package is created.
Files/folders inside Shared [Group_Name] are accessible to all group members.
Assigning Multiple Coaches to a Group
Admins can assign a group to multiple coaches from the CRM Group Details Page.

Note: All coaches associated with a group will have access to group details, notes, tasks, package details, sessions, and resources.
Group View from Coach Portals
When a group is assigned, it appears in the coach’s Contacts Page.
Each assigned coach gets a separate group for the package.
FAQs
Can I send chat messages to a group from the Admin Portal?
Currently, only coaches can send messages from the Coach Portal.
Coaches can start group chats from Contacts > Groups Tab > Messages Button.
What happens if I remove a coach from a group?
The group will disappear from the coach’s portal.
The coach will lose access to notes, tasks, resources, and chat threads.
Why are some groups disabled in my CRM view?
Disabled groups were created at the coach level, not linked to a Company Group Package.
Future updates will allow Admins to manage all groups from the Team Portal.
Can I create a group that’s not linked to a package?
Admins can only create groups connected to Company Packages.
Standalone Groups can be created at the Coach Level but are not accessible from the Team Portal.
Future updates will allow Admins to manage all groups.
