Teams provides a robust platform for managing coaching businesses with a focus on team collaboration and efficiency. Among its key features is the ability to create and assign packages to coaches, enabling seamless coordination and task management within coaching teams. This article serves as a step-by-step guide on how to create and assign packages to coaches within the Delenta Teams platform.

Navigate to the Company Packages to Create a Package

- From your coach dashboard, switch to the Team portal.

- On the left-side menu, locate the "Company Packages" option.

- Click on "Create Package" to initiate the package creation process.

Paid Package Creation and Assignment to Coaches

When an admin or an account holder creates a company wide paid package to be shared amongst the team, they will first need to ensure the team is connected to the same Stripe/PayPal account as the admin, usually a corporate Stripe/PayPal account. This will enable all earnings of the paid package purchases to be transferred to the company Stripe/PayPal account, making it easier for tracking company transactions.

In order to have your team connected to the corporate Stripe/PayPal:

  • You will need to navigate to the coach profile by accessing the Coaches page on your Team Portal.

  • Click on each of your team, from the Permission Settings untick the Payment Integration option. (See image below)

This will remove the Stripe connectivity from your team members and forcing any paid packages you create for them and any paid packages they create on their own portal to be connected to the corporate Stripe/PayPal account.

Once this permission setting is enabled, Team admins can start creating paid packages from the Team portal and assigning them to the coaches who don't have permission for payment integration.

Check this article to learn more about setting up payment plans on packages.

Note: Free packages can be assigned to all coaches without any restrictions.

Paid Package Assignment

When assigning a paid package to your coaching team, you will be asked to select the coaches from a drop down menu for whom you want the package to be copied over to.

The drop down menu will only allow you to select the coaches with the Payment Integration permission disabled.

Once the package is successfully created and assigned your coaches will be able to access the paid package from their coach portal - Packages page. Packages assigned by the Admins will be highlighted with the label ASSIGNED PACKAGED.

Coaches have the option of using the package as is or copy the package and create another based on the original assigned package.
