Delenta's Company Courses module empowers Team Admins to centralize and streamline course content management. This feature allows you to create courses at a team level, assign them to specific coaches, and even bundle them with company packages, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all clients.
1. Creating Your First Company Course
Follow these steps to build your course content:
Navigate to Company Courses:
Fill in the necessary details for your course (e.g., title, description, cover image).
Add your course content, organizing it into modules and sections as required.
Publishing Your Course Content: Once your content is ready, you have granular control over its visibility. You can choose to publish the entire course, or individual modules/sections, using one of the following options:
Published:
Effect: Grants clients immediate access to all content within the published sections.
Usage: Essential for sharing the course with clients. Once shared, all sections marked 'Published' will be viewable and completable by clients.
Drip:
Effect: Gradually releases course content over a specified number of days, providing controlled, sequential access.
Usage: Ideal for pacing learning. You'll set the number of days after the course is shared (e.g., choosing '2 days' means content becomes available 2 days post-sharing).
Unpublished:
Effect: Renders the content inaccessible and invisible to clients.
Usage: This is the default setting when you first create content. Clients will not see the section title or its content.
Lock:
Effect: Clients can see the title of the content, but they cannot access it.
Usage: Useful if you haven't finished creating a section but want to inform clients that more content is forthcoming.
Custom Date:
Effect: Schedule your course content to become available to clients on a specific future date that you choose.
Usage: Provides precise control over content release, useful for structured learning paths or scheduled launches.
2. Assigning Company Courses to Coaches
Once your course content is prepared, you can assign it to your team:
Manage Course Options:
From your Company Courses page, locate the course you wish to assign.
Click on the Manage Course option (often found within a dropdown or three-dot menu next to the course).
Select Coaches and Account Holders:
In the "Manage Course" pop-up, select the coaches to whom you want the course assigned. This will make the course appear on their individual coach profiles.
If the course belongs to a specific company account, you can also make that assignment from this pop-up.
3. Sharing Courses with Clients
The method for sharing courses depends on whether they are free/pre-paid or paid:
A. Sharing Free or Pre-Paid Courses:
Use the Share Option:
From the course dropdown menu on your Company Courses page, select the Share option.
Select Clients/Groups:
On the "Share your course" page, choose the specific clients or client groups you wish to share the course with.
Click SHARE.
Admin Capability: Team Admins can share company courses with clients of any coach on behalf of that coach.
B. Sharing Paid Courses for Purchase:
Share the Course Link:
Automatic Coach Assignment (Paid Purchases):
When clients purchase a course using the company course link, they will be automatically assigned to the company account holder as their primary coach.
Note: If a client purchases a course from an assigned coach's or sub-coach's profile, or if an assigned coach shares the course directly with a client, the assigned/sharing coach will automatically become the client's primary coach.
Admin Override: Admins can later update the client's primary coach using the CRM's Assign & Manage Coach feature.
Track Enrollments:
4. Course Performance Reporting
Admins can easily monitor the effectiveness of company courses:
Access Reports: Utilize the Courses Report feature to gain insights into how both clients and coaches are engaging with and utilizing the company courses. This report helps highlight overall course performance and engagement.
5. Bundling Courses with Company Packages
Enhance your service offerings by bundling published courses directly into your company packages:
Navigate to Company Packages:
Go to your Company Packages page.
Create or Update a Package:
You can either create a new package or edit an existing one.
Enable Course Attachment:
Select the Course:
Create/Update Package:
Complete the package creation or update process.
Important Note for Coaches: When a package containing a bundled course is assigned to a coach, only the package itself will appear on the coach's package page, with an indication that a course is included (See image below). If the Admin wants the coach to access the course content themselves, the course must be shared separately with the coach.
