Overview

You can now create subscription packages with multiple tiers on Delenta, allowing you to offer flexible plans and recurring payments for your clients.

Note: Subscription packages are currently available for Stripe-connected accounts only.

Creating a Subscription

Go to your Packages page > +Create > Subscriptions to create a new subscription.

Note: Subscriptions are currently available for Stripe users only.

When creating your subscription package, please keep the following in mind:

Subscription Types

You can choose from two subscription types:

  • Standard Plan – Ideal for single-tier subscriptions. Supports one or multiple payment plans.

  • Flexible Plan – Best for multi-tier subscriptions with varying features, benefits, and pricing.

Key Notes

  • The tax type and currency you select will apply to all tiers within the subscription.

  • Subscription Content defines how clients can book sessions.

  • Currently, only session-based subscriptions are supported. Usage-based/time-based subscriptions are in development and will be available soon.

  • The chosen subscription content type will apply across all tiers of the

    subscription.

Session Details

  • Session details are mandatory for all subscription plans. Each plan must include a session count, which is how the subscription usage is tracked.

  • Subscriptions currently support single-session plans only (no multi-session bundles).

Pricing Details

Each subscription tier can include multiple payment plans, allowing you to offer options such as monthly, quarterly, or annual payments.

Booking rules

Add your preferred booking rules, including:

  • Whether sessions can roll over to the next billing cycle

  • Session cancellation or rescheduling policies

These settings ensure clarity for both you and your clients.

Add-Ons

In the Add-Ons section, you can connect additional materials to your subscription package, such as:

  • Forms

  • Courses

  • Resources

Review and Publish

Once your subscription package is set up:

  1. Click Preview to review all details before publishing.

  2. You can also see how the subscription will appear to clients by selecting Preview Program.

When published, your subscription will appear under Packages > Subscriptions, with a summary view of all active tiers and pricing options.

Subscription package link

After publishing, your subscription link becomes active. You can share this link directly with clients to allow them to purchase the subscription.

Client details:

  • Subscription payments (including any applied discounts) will appear under the client’s record.

  • You can also track the client’s subscription in the Services tab, similar to other packages or engagements.

Client's Experience

Purchasing a Subscription

Clients can purchase a subscription by:

  • Clicking your subscription package link, or

  • Use the Book button from your profile page (if published there).

Below are examples of the two types of subscription landing pages:

  • Flexible Plan: Displays multiple tiers and payment options.

  • Standard Plan: Displays a single-tier subscription with its pricing and details.

After purchase, clients will automatically:

  • Be onboarded to their client portal

  • Receive a welcome email

  • Get payment confirmation and receipts through Delenta’s automated system

Once logged into their client portal, clients can view their subscription details under the Purchases section, including receipts, discounts, and upgrade/downgrade options.

Upgrading and Downgrading Subscriptions

Clients can upgrade or downgrade their subscriptions at any time by visiting:
Client Portal → Purchases → Package Details

  • For upgrades, pro-rated charges will automatically apply and display in both coach and client portals.

  • For downgrades, the new pricing will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Scheduling Sessions under a Subscription

Clients can schedule sessions directly from their dashboard by clicking:
Schedule Your Next Session → Select Date & Time

They’ll see your real-time availability and can request a slot that works best for both of you.
