Delenta allows coaches to create discount coupons for their subscriptions and packages — a great way to offer special promotions, reward loyal clients, or run seasonal offers.
This guide walks you through how to create, manage, and use coupons on your Delenta account.

Before You Start

Important: Coupons are only available for Stripe users.
To create coupons, make sure you have connected your Stripe account to Delenta.
(PayPal and Zapier integrations are not supported for coupons.)

How to Create a Coupon

  1. Go to your My Package section and select Coupons from the top menu.

  2. If this is your first time, you’ll see an empty page with a “Create Coupon” button. Click it.

  3. Fill in the coupon details as explained below.

Step 1: Add Coupon Details

  • Title: Enter a name for your coupon.

Example: “Career Pivot Plan — 19% Off” or “SAVE10”.

The coupon code will be automatically generated based on your title; you can edit it if it's needed.

Step 2: Choose Discount Type

You can create two types of discounts:

  • Percentage discount (e.g. 10% off)

  • Fixed amount discount (e.g. $100 off)

Note: Fixed amount coupons can only be applied once (not on recurring payments).

Please note that, in case you decide to create a 100% off coupon, a 100% discount will only apply for recurring invoices (Stripe limitation).

Step 3: Set Currency

The currency defaults to your account’s currency, but you can change it if needed.

Step 4: Select Packages

Choose which packages the coupon applies to:

  • All packages

  • Specific packages

This allows you to create different coupons for different offerings.

Step 5: Set Eligibility

Decide who can use this coupon:

  • All clients – anyone who has your coupon code.

  • New clients only – applies only to first-time buyers.

Step 6: Define Usage Rules

You can control how your coupon works:

  • Apply the discount once or forever

    • “Forever” applies to recurring payments (for example, a 10% off subscription).

    • Fixed amount discounts can only be used once.

  • Start Date & End Date
Define when the coupon becomes active and when it expires.

  • Maximum Redemptions
Limit how many times this coupon can be used in total.

  • Per User Limit
Decide how many times each client can use the coupon.

  • Minimum Purchase Amount (optional)
Set a minimum spend amount required to use the coupon.

Viewing and Managing Coupons

Once a coupon is created, you’ll see it listed on your Coupons page.

You can:

  • Copy the code – easily share it with clients.

You can double-click on the code, and the coupon code can be copied successfully

Also, you can copy the code via 3 dots actions - Copy code

  • Edit a coupon – Only the Title, Code and Status can be edited (Stripe restricts the other fields)

  • Delete a coupon – a created coupon can be deleted from the list

  • Duplicate a coupon – create a similar one (note: use a different title).

  • View usage details – see how many people have used it.

Tracking Coupon Usage

You can track how each coupon is performing:

  • View how many times it’s been used.

  • See which clients have redeemed it.

  • Monitor active and expired coupons.
