Understanding the Program Impact Report

Written by Anji

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Filter Your Impact Analytics

  1. Log into your Delenta portal and select Insights & Reports from your sidebar menu.

  2. Click on the Program Impact tab.

  3. Use the filter choices along the top to narrow down data by Date Range, Account, Program, or specific Coach. This allows you to pull precise data for a specific corporate contract or single coach's portfolio.

Step 2: Reading the Executive Summary KPIs

The top section of the dashboard highlights six critical summary metric blocks that calculate overall accountability and completion patterns:

📊 Executive Summary Metrics

  • Total Participants: The absolute total number of unique clients who have been assigned an active coaching package across all relevant accounts and programs.

  • Completion Rate: This evaluates overall program completion. It calculates the average completion percentage across all active scopes using the formula:

Completion Rate=(Total Sessions Allotted in PackageCompleted Sessions)×100

  • Attendance Rate: Displays the average attendance across all selected programs. This is derived from the formula:

    Attendance Rate=(Total Scheduled SessionsAttended Sessions)×100

Note: For accuracy, the platform strictly tallies appointments that are marked as "complete" or "completed" by the coach.

🎯 Goal Achievement Metrics

  • Goals Achieved: Shows the overall goal completion rate across your selected scope. It calculates how effectively your clients are hitting their milestones using the platform formula:

Goals Achieved %=(Total Goals Set across All Selected ProgramsCompleted Goals across All Selected Programs)×100

📋 Program Delivery Summaries

  • Total Sessions Delivered: The aggregate sum of all coaching meetings completely delivered—specifically counting sessions formally status-flagged as "complete" or "marked as complete".

  • Avg Sessions / Participant: This is the average number of delivered meetings per active student, helping you understand individual client engagement depth. It uses the formula:

Avg Sessions / Participant=Total Registered ParticipantsTotal Delivered Sessions

Step 3: Analyzing Impact Trend Graphs

Directly below your primary scorecards, Delenta plots these figures into dual visual analytics layouts to help map engagement trends:

  • Participation Over Time: An interactive bar chart mapping the real-time trend of participant engagement across your selected programs. Use this graph to view high-volume engagement cycles and monitor monthly client retention shifts.

  • Program Status: A visual donut chart breakdown tracking the health stages of your total active programs. This categorizes your current operational landscape into three clear statuses:

    • 🔵 Completed / Near Completed

    • 🟢 Active

    • 🟡 Dropped Out / Stalled

Helpful Tips

  • Export for Executive Reviews: Need to prepare a presentation for your upcoming stakeholders meeting? Use the Export dropdown button at the top-right of the dashboard window to download clean summary data to share with corporate sponsors.

  • Encourage Client Goal Settings: Because your Goals Achieved card measures objectives checked off inside the client portal, ensure your coaches collaborate with clients to set actionable, trackable goals inside the platform right from their first session!
