Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Filter Your Insights View
Log into your Delenta account and click on Insights & Reports from the left navigation pane.
Select the Program Delivery report tab.
Use the dropdown filter bars at the top of the interface to narrow down data parameters by Date Range, Account, Program, or individual Coach.
Step 2: Reading the Summary KPIs
The report breaks down your operational delivery data into eight separate metric blocks:
Category 1: Session Health Indicators
Sessions Completed: Displays the raw, total number of individual coaching appointments officially marked as finished across all selected parameters.
Attendance Rate: Displays the percentage average of attended meetings, calculated using the formula:
Attendance Rate=(Attended Sessions/Total Sessions)×100
Missed Sessions: Tracks total expired or incomplete appointments that defaulted without a completion checkmark within the targeted evaluation timeline.
Category 2: Engagement Statistics
Task Completion: The percentage rate of assigned action items, check-ins, or exercises completed by clients across selected programs.
Overdue Tasks: Displays the ratio share of pending client actions that have currently slipped past their assigned deadline date.
Category 3: Program Progress & Goals
Goals Achieved: Shows the goal completion percentage rate across your target client sample, evaluating how effectively milestones are being crushed.
Category 4: Risk Indicators
At-Risk Clients: This flags low attendance or dipping engagement. It evaluates the relative percentage share of your clients who currently record more than two consecutive session misses or unexcused absences.
Inactive Clients: Displays the total count of off-track individuals who demonstrate clear patterns of non-participation—defined explicitly as clients logging more than three consecutive session absences, or showing an overall platform attendance score below 75%.
Step 3: Reviewing Delivery Volume Trends
Directly below the key metric cards, locate the Sessions Over Time chart. This interactive bar graph tracks the dynamic trend of delivery activity across selected milestones, plotting your exact volume week-by-week or month-by-month. Use this visual trend mapper to spot seasonality dips, monitor coaching capacity, or track spikes in client engagement.
Step 4: Inspecting Individual Account Summaries
Scroll to the base of the page to find the comprehensive Program / Account Delivery Summary grid. This line-item breakdown helps you examine fulfillment metrics on a granular scale:
Program Column: Shows the specific program name alongside the unique client assigned to it.
Participants: Confirms the headcount of active individuals enrolled inside that package instance.
Completion Rate %: A visual progress indicator bar evaluating package fulfillment. If a package contains a total of six sessions and the coach logs six, it reflects a 100% completion rate.
Total Sessions vs. Completed Sessions: Side-by-side tally metrics comparing total scheduled contract allotments against confirmed handshakes.
Helpful Tips
Establish strict logging rules: Because risk parameters rely directly on calendar statuses, ensure every team member marks their sessions as Completed, Missed, or Cancelled within 24 hours of execution.
Download for stakeholder reviews: Use these insights when meeting with corporate HR sponsors to showcase high retention levels and quantitative program momentum across their student groups.
Summary / Next Step
Review your At-Risk Clients card right now. If your dashboard flags active accounts experiencing consecutive drop-offs, open the Granular Account Summary grid to identify the individual and re-engage them before they trend into full account inactivity!
