Learn how to create an anonymous Form or Quiz in Engagement Studio.
When Anonymous Responses is on, answers are not linked to the people who sent them. You can still see who has responded, and you can remind anyone who hasn't.
When to use it
Anonymous responses work well when people may hold back if their name is attached. For example:
Session or programme feedback
Team pulse checks or wellbeing check-ins
Feedback about a coach or a workshop
Before you start
You set Anonymous Responses when you create a new Form or Quiz. Decide before you publish whether you need to know who gave each answer.
Turn on anonymous responses
Go to Engagement Studio.
Create a new Form or Quiz.
Build your Form or Quiz as usual.
Go to the Publish section.
Turn on Anonymous Responses.
Select Publish.
What happens next
Responses don't show who submitted them.
You can still see whether each recipient has submitted a response.
You can send a reminder to anyone who hasn't responded yet.
Remind people who haven't responded
Open your Form or Quiz.
Go to the view that shows each recipient's submission status.
Select Remind incomplete.
Everyone who hasn't submitted a response gets a reminder. People who have already responded don't get one.
Good to know
You set Anonymous Responses when you create the Form or Quiz.
If you need to know who said what, leave Anonymous Responses off.
Tell people their answers are anonymous. A short note at the top of the form, for example in a Subheader, can help them answer openly.
