With Delenta Lead forms, you can get to know your lead/prospects prior to the initial discovery/introductory call by requesting them to fill out a simple set of questions at the time of booking the discovery call with you. You can create a total of up to 6 questions to be presented to your leads at the time of booking a session with you.

How to create a form for leads

Step 1: Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner and then Update Profile

Step 2: Go to the Coach Availability section and click Lead forms

Step 3: Create your questions

You can add up to a maximum of 6 questions and choose how leads can respond i.e. short answer or long answer.

Full Name, Email and Message shown in the lead form are default fields and cannot be edited.

If you’ve integrated an email automation app (like MailChimp or MailerLite), leads can be automatically added to the default mailing group you’ve selected. The checkbox above is to confirm the client’s consent to receive marketing materials from the coach.

Click on the PREVIEW button to preview the form and see how your leads will view the form at the time of booking a session with you.

When leads request a discovery call they will be prompted to fill out the form and submit their answers. Once they submit their request you’ll be able to view their request and responses via your dashboard under New Lead Request.

When you click on Accept Lead button, the form will be expanded to give you details of the booking and their answers to the questions, at which point you can make a decision to accept/decline the request.

As soon as you accept/decline the request, your lead will be notified via an email.

You'll also be able to view their responses in the My Contacts area.

Step 1: Go to My Contacts

Step 2: Click on your leads contact

Step 3: Go to Activity

Step 4: Select View on Lead form responses
