How to send out reminders to clients to book a session

You can now send out email reminders to your clients to book a session if they have outstanding ones on current packages.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Navigate to My Contacts and tick the box for the client you would like to send a reminder to

2a. Click on the icon to send a reminder

2b. You can send out the reminder to more than one client at a time by selecting multiple clients and selecting the icon at the top

3. Click 'Confirm' on the pop-up. You can also preview the email that will be send out from this pop-up

Your client will then recieve an email reminder to book a session:

Note: You can also update the content of this email from the email customisations page under your Settings area. The email template name is called Outstanding Session Reminder
