Changing the Primary Coach
Steps to Change the Primary Coach:
Log in to the Admin Portal: Access your Delenta Admin account.
Navigate to CRM: Go to the CRM section from the dashboard.
Locate the Client: Search for and select the client whose primary coach needs to be changed.
Open Client Record: Click on the client’s name to view their details.
Change Primary Coach:
Click on pencil icon to change the primary coach.
Select the new primary coach from the list of available coaches.
Save your changes.
Assigning Multiple Coaches
Steps to Assign Multiple Coaches:
Log in to the Admin Portal: Access your Delenta Admin account.
Navigate to CRM: Go to the CRM section from the dashboard.
Locate the Client: Search for and select the client who needs multiple coaches.
Open Client Profile: Click on the client’s name to view their profile.
Assign Additional Coaches:
Add the additional coaches to the client’s profile as needed.
Ensure that the new coaches are added to the list of assigned coaches.
Save your changes.
Note: When Admin assigns/change a coach, the client will automatically show up in the coach’s contacts.
Notifications:
To the New Primary Coach: An email will be sent to the newly assigned primary coach informing them of their new role.

To the Previous Primary Coach: An email will be sent to the former primary coach informing them that they are no longer the primary coach for the client.

What's the difference between a Primary coach and an Assigned coach?
Primary Coach: The primary coach is the main coach responsible for the client. This is the coach who initially invites the client to the portal. Team admins have the ability to transfer this primary ownership from one coach to another within the team, as detailed in the article above. When the primary ownership changes, the client's records are transferred to the new primary coach.
Assigned Coach: When an admin assigns a coach to a client, it means the client's record is copied to the assigned coach's account. This allows the assigned coach to collaborate on the client's record, including scheduling sessions, creating tasks, and adding notes.
Clients can book sessions and collaborate with both their primary coach and any assigned coaches directly through the client's portal.

Are coaches being notified when they are assigned a client?
