Running a successful coaching business requires efficient management and oversight. As an Admin user, the Team Dashboard in Delenta offers you a comprehensive overview of your coaching business at a glance, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive growth effectively.

Accessing Team portal

As an Admin user, access the Team Portal from the header bar.

Note: The dashboard is only visible to Admin users; coaches without Admin privileges won't have access.

Dashboard

At the top of your dashboard you can see how many active coaches, clients, how many coaching sessions you have completed so far, and your earnings to date.

Shows you the the summary of your Coaching Activities, to see who your most active coaches are.


In "My Coaches," see your coaches and click to view their summaries for progress, activity, and contacts. Customize whose coach appears on the Team page and delete coaches. Also, invite new coaches from this section.

Engagement

This page displays all packages purchased from coaches and highlights any outstanding payments.

Coaches


View your coaches and click their names to access summaries detailing their progress, activity, and contacts. Additionally, you can assign an admin from this page.

- Coach Summary

The coach summary provides insights into the coach's ongoing engagement, sales, and contacts. You can choose to restrict their access or integrate their payments into the super-admin payment system by disabling the payment integration.

CRM

The CRM displays all clients within your team, allowing you to filter them by coach or type. You can access individual client records by clicking on their name from the coach's dashboard.

- Assigning multiple coaches to a client

Reports

Reports offer insights into coaching activities, sales, contacts, goals, and sessions. Admins can use them to improve performance, identify areas for growth, and succeed in their coaching journey.
