To get started all you need to do is connect your Zoom account with Delenta. Just visit your Delenta Integrations page, select the Zoom integration, and turn on the Zoom integration toggle button, sign in to your Zoom account when you're automatically redirected to Zoom.

Once logged into Zoom, you'll see the following prompt asking for your authorisation to allow Delenta to connect:

Please note: If your workplace owns your Zoom account, your Zoom account administrator must pre-approve Delenta in the Zoom Marketplace permissions to connect Delenta, and then all users must individually connect their Zoom account.

Assuming you click 'Authorize', you'll be whisked back to Delenta and presented with the opportunity to set Zoom as your 'Default Video Conferencing'. This selection essentially amounts to letting Delenta know to use Zoom for your Discovery call calendar meeting requests.

For all other meeting types, one to one and packaged appointments: by selecting Zoom as your Location type, when scheduling the event, Delenta will automatically include a dynamic video conference link for each meeting.

Similarly, Delenta will automatically generate a Zoom link each time a client books a meeting using the client portal calendar using client portal booking pop-up below:

Delenta will generate automated emails to communicate the zoom details for all meetings created on the system.

What this means for your clients & leads?

Now, when a lead/prospect books a discovery with you from your coach profile page, they will receive instant access to the Zoom meeting details via a meeting confirmation email.

When a client registered with you, books a packaged session with you via their client portal, they will also receive Zoom meeting details via a confirmation email triggered by the system.

For your contacts with a registered Delenta account, they can also access the Zoom session from the Upcoming Sessions area on the client portal dashboard or Sessions page, and under one to one sessions.

You can also access the session from your coach portal sessions page or from your portal dashboard

Once an Appointment is scheduled with a Zoom Meeting, you’ll be able to see it’s been added to your Meetings over in your Zoom account:

How to disconnect your Zoom integration?

To disconnect your Zoom account from Delenta, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to your Delenta Integration settings page.

  2. Locate the Zoom integration option.

  3. Toggle the Zoom switch to the off position.

Once disabled, your Zoom account will be disconnected from Delenta. Please note:

  • Clients will no longer see Zoom as an option when booking sessions.

  • Any upcoming sessions previously scheduled using the now-disconnected Zoom account will no longer function.

Be sure to update your scheduled meetings with a new video conferencing link if needed.
