A payment plan provides your client with various options instead of a single upfront payment. This article will show you how to create different types of payment plan: full payment, unlimited payments and a limited payment plan.

Full Payment

  • Choose Full Payment from the dropdown menu.

  • Enter the full payment amount.

Limited Payment: Monthly, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Daily

  • Select payment term from the dropdown menu under "Recurring Type."

  • Then, Select "Limited" from the dropdown menu under "Payment Type"

  • Enter the amount (the payment will automatically make based on the recurring type you selected) and Payment count (the number of times the customer will be charged).

  • You can add another limited payment by clicking the "Add Another Payment Option"

(The example above consist of 8 payments of $45)

Unlimited Payment: Monthly, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Daily

  • Select payment term from the dropdown menu under "Recurring Type."

  • Then, Select "Unlimited" from the dropdown menu under "Payment Type"

  • Enter the amount (the payment will automatically make based on the recurring type you selected).

  • You can add another Unlimited payment by clicking the "Add Another Payment Option"

(In this case the clients will be charged $100 a month until you stop the payments).

How to cancel an Unlimited Payment Plan

  • Navigate to you Contacts, then find the client and select "View Details".

  • Click on 'Payment History' tab at the top.

  • On the chosen package, click on the arrow on the right-hand side to view the details of the payment history

  • If you want to Pause the payment, click on the pause icon. If you want to discontinue the payment, click on X icon.

  • Click 'Continue' to confirm the action.

Draft indicates that the payment is currently in progress.

The package/course will now be marked as 'Canceled,' and your client will not incur further charges. Additionally, they will receive an email notification informing them that their upcoming payment has been canceled.
