How to Remove a Block of Availability from Your Coaching Calendar

Effectively managing your availability in Delenta ensures seamless scheduling. If you need to remove blocked events from your coaching calendar, you can do so using one of the following methods.

Method 1: Manually Remove Availability in Delenta

  1. Modify Availability from the Delenta Coaching Calendar

    • Navigate to your Delenta Calendar Settings.

    • Select the day and time you wish to modify.

    • Locate the blocked event (e.g., February 17th).

    • Click on the availability slot to make changes.

  2. Remove the Availability for a Specific Day

    • Choose the date for which you need to remove availability.

    • Enter the start and end times and specify whether the change should apply to a single occurrence or a recurring schedule

    • Submit the changes.

Outcome: The availability will be removed for the selected date while the rest of your schedule remains unchanged.

Method 2: Remove Availability via Synced Calendar (Google/Outlook)

  1. Access Your Connected Calendar

    • If your Delenta calendar is synced with Google Calendar or Outlook, open the corresponding calendar.

  2. Block the Date in Your Calendar

    • Navigate to the specific date (e.g., February 10th).

    • Create a new all-day event and label it appropriately. (e.g 'Busy')

    • Click on "More options" and ensure the event is marked as Busy (not Free).

    • Once your calendar syncs with Delenta, the platform will recognize the "Busy" event and automatically remove availability for that day.

Outcome: The blocked date will no longer be available for bookings on Delenta.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your coaching availability and prevent scheduling conflicts.
