Setting up Session Reminders

Before you book your appointments on Delenta, it is highly recommended to set up your default reminder timelines. All reminder settings are managed directly from your Calendar settings page. You must ensure you set up these session reminders for both yourself and for your client to keep communication seamless.

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page on your left-hand menu.

  2. Click on the Calendar Settings (The cogwheel icon on top left hand corner).

  3. Click Reminders from the right hand menu

  4. Set your Reminders Preference for how early notifications should go out. Default reminders are set for 1 day, 1hour and 15 mins before the session.

  5. Ensure these preferences are setup for both the coach and the client so both parties receive the notification automated timeline.

  6. Click Save.

šŸ’” Group Session reminders: Session reminders for one to one sessions and group sessions both uses the setting from the calendar settings page, so make sure this is enabled before you schedule your sessions with your groups and one to one clients.

šŸ’” Reminder Timelines Control Everything: Keep in mind that external notification tools (like automated Zapier or Twilio integrations) pull their session reminder data straight from the timelines you specify on your Delenta Calendar settings page. If you update your default reminder configuration there, your advanced notification like SMS notification workflows will adapt automatically.
