Delenta-i allows you to separate your scheduling tracks into Free Availability (for lead generation and discovery calls) and Package Availability (dedicated specifically to clients who have already purchased coaching programs).
By setting up a package-related availability plan, you can generate a direct scheduling link. This allows your paying clients to book their sessions quickly without needing to log into their client portal every time.
Important note: To proceed you must already have 1:1 packages created in the system. This feature does not apply to group packages.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Package Availability Hub
Navigate to your calendar workspace and locate the global Create button.
Select Package Availability from the dropdown menu.
On the next screen, ensure you are in the Package Sessions tab, and click the Add Availability Plan button.
Step 2: Create Package Session Plan
Name Your Plan: Input a clear name for your availability plan.
Tip: If this schedule is restricted to a particular program, name it accordingly (e.g., Executive Coaching Plan). If it applies across your entire offering, give it a generic name (e.g., Standard Coaching Hours).
Select Packages: Click the Select Package dropdown menu.
To restrict these hours to specific coaching tracks, select individual packages from your list.
To open these hours up to all active programs simultaneously, choose the Select All option.
Step 3: Configure Time Slots and Use Shortcuts
Under the Setup Availability section, select the days of the week you wish to offer coaching sessions.
Add Multiple Blocks: If you want to split your day (e.g., morning and afternoon blocks), use the
+icon to add multiple time-frames to a single day.Quick-Copy Shortcut: To replicate the exact time block across other days of the week, click the Copy icon next to your configured day. Select the target days to apply the schedule instantly, eliminating manual entry.
Step 4: Define Plan Duration and Save
Scroll to the plan duration parameters to choose how long this schedule remains valid:
Select Repeat Indefinitely to keep these hours open indefinitely.
Select a Date Range if these hours are temporary or restricted to a specific seasonal cohort.
Click Save Plan to push your new availability calendar live.
Step 5: Set your landing page & buffers
Set the Landing Page Text: Customise the introductory display language, edit the headline or instructions so your paying clients have clear direction on how to proceed.
Set Buffer Settings: Configure your padding time frames for all package sessions. This ensures that any package sessions will automatically inject buffer blocks to protect you from back-to-back bookings.
Sharing the Scheduling Page with Clients
Once saved, your plan is accessible via your master repository. Click on the View Package Availability Page utility to review the final client booking interface. From here, you can copy the standalone link to distribute directly to your active clients.
š Security Note: To prevent unauthorised bookings on your premium slots, the package landing page is gated. Clients must enter their registered email address to verify their identity and package balance before they are allowed to view your open time slots and book appointments.
