Automate your discovery calls with Delenta-i’s Free Availability plans to convert prospects faster. Easily build a custom lead form, embed your calendar on your website, and share direct booking links in just a few clicks.
Important Note: Make sure to integrate you calendars and video conferencing tools under Integrations before you begin creating your free availability plan.
Step 1: Access the Free Availability Hub
Navigate to the Calendar section on your main dashboard navigation menu.
Click the global Create button in the top right-hand corner.
Select Free Availability from the dropdown menu options.
Click the Add Availability Plan button to begin constructing your new schedule template.
Step 2: Configure Your Availability Plan
Name Your Plan: Input an internal title for the schedule (e.g., 15-Minute Discovery Session).
Set Meeting Location: Choose your preferred virtual video integration from the dropdown menu (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet).
Set Duration: Define the exact length of the appointment (e.g., 15, 30, or 45 minutes).
Map Your Time Blocks: Select the specific days of the week you want to dedicate to prospect calls.
Split Your Day: Use the
+icon under any single day to add multiple, distinct time brackets (e.g., morning and afternoon windows).Quick-Copy Shortcut: Click the Copy icon next to a completed day to instantly duplicate that identical time structure across other days of the week.
Define Plan Settings: Scroll down to dictate the plan duration. Choose whether you want this availability track to Repeat Indefinitely or operate strictly within a Custom Date Range.
Click Save Plan.
Step 3: Customise the Landing Page Sequence & Layout
If you create multiple free availability plans (e.g., a 15-minute discovery track and a 45-minute media consult), you have complete control over how they are displayed to the public.
Click the Manage Landing Page icon located at the top of the Free Availability dashboard.
Adjust Sequence: Under the layout interface, drag and drop your various plans to re-align the visual order in which they appear to external visitors.

Customize Display Copy: Under Layout Settings, define your public-facing Page Title and write a personalised introductory Welcome Message outlining instructions for your leads.
Step 4: Integrate Lead Form Questions
Capture critical background information from prospects before they choose a time on your calendar.
Inside the landing page configuration space, scroll to the Lead Form Questions module.
Build custom intake questions to qualify your prospects (e.g., “What is your primary coaching goal?” or “Have you worked with a coach before?”).
Click Save Settings to lock in your landing page and intake form rules.
Sharing and Embedding Your Availability Options
Once your settings are successfully saved, Delenta gives you three flexible distribution methods to connect with prospects:
Website Embed Code: Copy the generated iframe code block from the platform dashboard to seamlessly embed your interactive scheduling calendar directly into your external website (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix).
Master Booking Page Link: Copy and share your global booking URL to send prospects to a clean landing page displaying all of your live free availability plans simultaneously.
Single-Plan Booking Link: If you only want a prospect to see one specific option, copy the standalone booking link dedicated exclusively to that single availability plan.
💡 Maintenance Note: If a specific free session plan is no longer needed, you can delete it instantly from your main availability list by clicking the trash icon.
