Delenta-i’s integrated course engine and Engagement Studio allow you to build interactive, media-rich learning paths for your clients. By combining step-by-step curriculum design with targeted quizzes, you can evaluate client comprehension, monitor milestone completions, and gather immediate feedback.
Furthermore, you can design standardised course modules and reuse them across multiple programs, reducing development time while maintaining centralized control.
1. Create a Quiz in the Engagement Studio
Before embedding a quiz into your curriculum, you must first construct the asset within your Engagement Studio.
Navigate to the Engagement Studio on your dashboard and select the Quizzes tab.
Click Create Company Quiz.
Build Content: Choose from a template or build from scratch - input your evaluation questions and choose your preferred answer formats (e.g., multiple choice, text fields).
Click Preview to review the layout.
Click Publish to save the quiz to your organisation's global repository.
2. Construct Your Course Curriculum
Once your quiz is published, you can integrate it directly alongside your primary teaching materials within the course builder.
Navigate to the Courses section from your main navigation menu.
Click Add Course (or select an existing draft) and define your course title, description, and completion due dates.
Locate the specific module or section where you want to construct a learning step.
Add Learning Content: Click to add a step. You can upload video files, insert plain text content, or embed downloadable worksheets.
Embed the Quiz: Add a new step at your desired milestone block, select Quiz as your content type, and pick your newly published quiz from your library dropdown menu.
3. Reuse and Link Modular Course Sections
To save time when building multiple courses, Delenta lets you create standardized content sections and repurpose them across entirely different curriculums.
Import Existing Sections: When building a new course, choose to import an existing section or module blueprint from an another program in your library.
Keep Sections Linked: When copying a section over, select the Link to Original toggle.
🔄 How Linking Works: If a section remains linked to its "parent" module, any future updates, edits, or asset changes you make to the parent module will automatically sync across every other course utilizing that section. This guarantees structural consistency across your entire platform.
Unlink for Customization: If you want to modify a copied module for a specific niche group without changing the original file, leave the link option disabled to edit it as an independent standalone block.
4. Track Submissions and Export Student Data
Once your clients or corporate cohorts begin moving through the material, you can run detailed compliance and comprehension audits.
Review Responses: Open your quiz response dashboard to inspect individual user scorecards, check completion rates, and read text-based feedback loops.
Manage Duplicates: If a duplicate or incorrect course track is accidentally assigned to a user, cleanly remove the enrollment by clicking the trash icon in their course tab.
Export B2B Data Sheets: For corporate or enterprise programs, click Export Data to download comprehensive data sheets tracking student benchmarks and course success metrics to share directly with B2B stakeholders.
