Keeping your clients informed about changes to your courses is important and with Delenta you can do this with just a few easy steps.
We realise that current content of a course can change as time passes, new content can be made available or existing content can be updated, and keeping your course participants informed of these changes is key to achieve a successful end result for your course.
Here is how you let your clients know of course updates:
Step 1:
Select Course Edit from the Course listing page.
Step 2:
Click on the three dots at the top of your course edit page, select 'Course Email Notifications'.
Note: Make sure you have published the course before sending the email out.
Step 3.
In the Course Update Notification pop-up select the sections you have modified or added new content into.
Step 4
Click on Send Email.
Below is a sample email of the email that will be received by your client:
Note: Delenta Premium users has the option of modifying the content of the email from the Settings area as shown in the image below.

The update email is only used for the purpose of sending a notification to your clients of any updated content in existing published courses.
In addition to the above email, your clients will also receive an automated email from the system when you share a free course with a client or when they purchase a paid course from you.
