This article explains how Super Admins can invite a Report Viewer (Read-Only User) to access reports within the portal. Report Viewers have a special license that allows them to view reports but not make any changes.
Prerequisites
You must have an Admin License to invite Report Viewers.
Ensure that the user you are inviting requires only read-only access to reports.
Steps to Invite a Report Viewer
Log in to the Super Admin Portal
Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
Go to the Team Management Section (My Coaches)
Enter User Details
Send the Invitation
Click Send Invitation.
The user will receive an email to accept the invitation.
User Acceptance Process
The invited user must accept the invitation to activate their account.
Once accepted, they will have read-only access to the reports.
Managing Report Viewer Permissions
Super Admins can enable or disable specific reports for Report Viewers.
This can be managed by going into the details of the invites report viewer.
