This article provides an introduction to the Report Viewer Portal, explaining what users with read-only access can see and do.

What Report Viewers Can See

  • Once logged in, Report Viewers will only see the Reports Dashboard.

  • They can only view enabled reports assigned by the Super Admin.

Reports Available

  • Super Admins determine which reports are visible to Report Viewers.

  • If certain reports (e.g., Goals, Sessions, or Billing Reports) are disabled, they will not appear in the Report Viewer’s portal.

Features Available to Report Viewers

  • View Reports: Users can access and review reports assigned to them.

  • Filters & Search: They can apply filters to find specific data.

  • Additional Fields: Some reports allow additional data fields for better insights.

Limitations

  • No Editing: Report Viewers cannot modify any data.

  • No Import/Export: Users cannot import or export data from the reports.

  • No Profile Customization: Report Viewers do not have profile pictures or personal settings.

Troubleshooting

  • If reports are missing, contact your Super Admin to check if they have been enabled.

  • If you cannot access your account, ensure you have accepted the invitation sent by the Super Admin.
