This article provides an introduction to the Report Viewer Portal, explaining what users with read-only access can see and do.
What Report Viewers Can See
Once logged in, Report Viewers will only see the Reports Dashboard.
They can only view enabled reports assigned by the Super Admin.
Reports Available
Super Admins determine which reports are visible to Report Viewers.
If certain reports (e.g., Goals, Sessions, or Billing Reports) are disabled, they will not appear in the Report Viewer’s portal.
Features Available to Report Viewers
View Reports: Users can access and review reports assigned to them.
Filters & Search: They can apply filters to find specific data.
Additional Fields: Some reports allow additional data fields for better insights.
Limitations
No Editing: Report Viewers cannot modify any data.
No Import/Export: Users cannot import or export data from the reports.
No Profile Customization: Report Viewers do not have profile pictures or personal settings.
Troubleshooting
If reports are missing, contact your Super Admin to check if they have been enabled.
If you cannot access your account, ensure you have accepted the invitation sent by the Super Admin.
