Getting Started with Dashboards: Team Portal vs. Individual Coach Dashboards

Written by Anji

Overview

When managing a growing coaching business, having a clear view of your operations is key to saving time and scaling smoothly. Delenta-i offers two distinct dashboard experiences tailored to your role within the platform: the Team Dashboard (for team administrators and coach administrators) and the Individual Coach Dashboard (for practitioners).

This overview guide will help you understand the core differences between these two power-packed dashboards, how they complement each other, and how to navigate between them so you can manage clients, streamline scheduling, and track platform activity with ease.

Who this is for

  • Multi-Coach Organisations & Enterprise Admins: To understand the high-level overview available to your administrative team versus what your contracted coaches see.

  • Independent / Solo Coaches: To understand your primary workspace layout on the individual dashboard.

Understanding the Two Dashboards

To keep your business organized, Delenta splits administrative workflows from day-to-day coaching activities. Here is a quick look at what each portal is designed to do:

Think of the Team Dashboard as your business command center. It is explicitly designed for platform owners, operations managers, and super admins who need to oversee an entire multi-coach organization.

  • What it does: It gives you a macro-level view of your entire company's ecosystem.

  • Key capabilities: From here, you manage global settings, control white-label branding, monitor team-wide payments, view aggregate operational insights, track client distribution across the company, and add or remove coaches from your roster.

The Individual Coach Dashboard is a practitioner's personalized, distraction-free workspace. Whether you are a solo coach running your own business or a staff coach working within a larger organization, this is where your daily coaching execution happens.

  • What it does: It filters out company-wide noise to focus strictly on your specific clients, tasks, and calendar.

  • Key capabilities: From here, you can launch upcoming video sessions, write private coaching logs, track individual client goals, send portal messages, and manage your personal availability calendar.

Step-by-Step Instructions: Navigating Between Dashboards

If you are a Super Admin or Coach Admin, you hold keys to both worlds! Delenta makes it incredibly easy to toggle between your executive management view and your personal coaching space without logging out.

Step 1: Locate the Dashboard Toggle

Look at top right hand corner of your Dashboard. You will see a toggle with Personal View and Team View

Step 2: Switch to Team View

Click on Team View. The interface will instantly refresh to display your Team data.

Step 3: Switch to Personal View

When you are ready to stop managing the business and start coaching a client, simply click Personal View on the top navigation bar. The system will seamlessly transition you back to your personal Individual Dashboard containing your upcoming session links, personal tasks, and assigned coachees.

Helpful Tips

  • Isolated Data for Privacy: If you employ multiple coaches under your team umbrella, don't worry—staff coaches never see the Team Dashboard or other coaches' data. They only see their own Individual Coach Dashboard to protect client privacy.
